What Pothikrit knows about you, why, and what it never does with it.

What is kept about you

Your account: the name and e-mail you registered with, and the roles you hold. Identity is kept by the platform’s own identity service.
What you publish or write: artefacts, comments, requests, articles, and the display name attached to them at the time.
What you do with the platform’s services: uploads, downloads, notebook sessions, model runs, API calls and benchmark submissions — kept so quotas, queues and abuse can be dealt with.
Ordinary web-server records (address, time, page) for a short period, as any service keeps.

Your data is not sold, and there is no advertising here.
There are no third-party trackers on these pages.
A widget of ours on somebody else’s site carries no cookie and cannot tell who is reading it: the site is counted, the reader is not.
Notebooks, uploads and benchmark submissions are not read for any purpose other than running, storing and scoring them.

Published work, and the name attached to it, is public — that is what publishing means.
Your profile shows only what you chose to put in it.
A leaderboard shows a display name, an organization and a score. Nothing about an account is shown that the account has not made public.
A private or organization-only dataset is visible to the people it names, and to nobody else.

You may see and correct your account details at any time in your workspace.
You may withdraw work you published; where others already depend on it, a withdrawal is recorded rather than a deletion.
You may ask for your account to be closed and for the personal data behind it to be removed: support@pothikrit.org.

Credentials are never held by this website: tokens live in a server-side session, and API keys are stored only as hashes.
Private files sit in storage that no public address reaches.
If something goes wrong in a way that affects you, you will be told.
